Measuring and monitoring resource efficiency and emissions in Irish hotels

Given the significance of sustainability for the tourism industry, this study set out to create a thorough framework for monitoring and evaluating resource usage and related emissions in hotels throughout Ireland. This will allow for well-informed decision-making and the promotion of sustainable supply chain management practices and strategies in the hospitality industry.
